Do you have car parking facilities?

Yes, you have access to two car parks.

Is there a Children's menu?

Yes


Can we BYO wine?

Indeed you can, as well as being fully licensed we offer a BYO wine service, a corkage charge of $15 applies.


What are the dress code standards?

Neat casual.


Do you accept Credit/Debit cards

Yes, we accept Visa Credit and Debit, Mastercard.

   


Do you have gluten free meals?

We offer a Gluten Free Menu for our guests with Gluten intolerance.
The chef can accommodate most vegan and vegetarian diets.  If you have a special diet, please call ahead to verify we can accommodate your specific needs.

Do you cater for customers with allergies?

Dimples Restaurant makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies.  Every effort is made to instruct our staff on the severity of food allergies.  In addition, we label items with possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination.  There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice.  Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.  Dimples restaurant will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating at Dimples restaurant.  Please advice our reservation staff should you have any allergies that need to be brought to our chefs attention, or if you have any other dietary requirements, at the time of booking.


Does your venue operate for functions in addition to being a bar and restaurant?

Yes! Dimples operates as a function venue for small to large scale events, from intimate celebrations to corporate dinners.


Can we provide our own Birthday cake for dinner?

Yes.  We do have a cakeage cost of $20 per cake or cutting and serving of your cake at $1.50 per person.


Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes.  You can purchase gift vouchers on line on our website.

 

Functions/Weddings


Do you supply styling and theming?

Yes we do.  We can supply as much or as little as you wish.  We also have access to many fantastic suppliers who can assist on your special day.



Can I make changes to my menu and beverage package selection in the lead up to my wedding?

Yes, we will work with you to accommodate any changes that may arise, however we ask that all final numbers and menu choices are confirmed two week prior to your function/wedding reception date.


What is the latest time I can book my wedding reception to run to?

12.00am if a longer time is required we can negotiate on a later finish time.


What deposit is required for a wedding or function?

Wedding deposit is $500 and function deposit is $200.


Is there a Room Hire Fee?

Yes.  Room Hire for private functions starts at 50-60 guests is $400, 60-70 guests $300, 80 + guests $200.  Room Hire fee at times can be negotiated dependent on requirements and if other diners are utilizing the room.


What if I want specific alcohol at my wedding that is not in the packages?

We can sometimes work with you to provide a particular alcohol outside of our menu.  Simply ask your Funtion's Co-ordinator for more information.


All deliveries are to be made either by prior arrangement a week before or on the day of your wedding reception.  We ask that everything you deliver to us or drop off is clearly labelled.


Can I leave items to be picked up post my wedding reception?

We are happy to store items in the boardroom after your function for pick up the following day or by arrangement.
